At Nana’s Beauty Lab, we want your shopping experience to be as special as our handmade creations. Each product — from our cuticle oils and lip balms to our whipped scrubs, diffusers, soy candles, and wax melts — is carefully crafted in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and love in every detail.
🕊️ Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Because our products are handmade, some items may require additional preparation time. If this happens, we’ll notify you by email.
During peak seasons or special events, processing times may be extended.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or USPS delays.
Nana’s Beauty Lab is not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier.
📦 Shipping Rates
Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
🌎 Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time — but we’re working to expand our reach soon!
💌 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Nana’s Beauty Lab is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed to USPS.

Damage caused by weather conditions, postal handling, or shipping delays.
Please carefully review your shipping address, product selections, quantities, and scents before completing your purchase.
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or modifications.

🔥 Shipping Restrictions
Due to the nature of certain handmade items (such as soy candles, wax melts, and body mists), we may be unable to ship to areas with extreme heat or temperature restrictions.
If your order cannot be shipped due to these conditions, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
